Objective: Engineer a successful marriage proposal on the tarmac of Martin State Airport in Maryland. Coordinated all stages of the action: parking the Citation jet, working with the airport's Line Services to keep other aircraft out of the shot, timing the future bride's arrival and the plane's departure, and the selection, arrangement, and securing of the "MARRY ME" channel-letters during high wind gusts. I "delivered a customer-centered experience that led to a long-term relationship" that day.
